ACICIS and UNPAR Agreement to Continue International Collaboration [1/11/2019]

On friday (1/11), Parahyangan Catholic University received a visit from Australian Consortium for In-Country Indonesia Studies (ACICIS).  The event was initiated by both parties to continue the cooperation, which have been undergoing between ACICIS and UNPAR as a partner university to be the study destination for Australian student.       

UNPAR Rector, Mangadar Situmorang Ph.D accompanied by Head of International Office UNPAR Sylvia Yazid Ph.D warmly greeted the attendance of ACICIS Consortium Director Liam Prince along with Deputy Resident Director Janelle May. also attending the meeting were representatives from several major of study and faculties in UNPAR, as well as UNPAR ACICIS team. The meeting was  filled with heart-warming discussion and closed with the signing of Moderatum of Understanding (MoU) amongst UNPAR Rector and ACICIS Director, along with the Head of IO UNPAR and Deputy Resident Director of ACICIS. 

As one of the partner universities and simultaneously function as the host university for students of  ACICIS programme, UNPAR held International Relations Programme. Australian students gained deeper comprehension in regards to International Relations, and also further obtain cultural experience in the midst of West Java civilians. This program continuously will be opened for study duration of one semester.

Through the signing of this MoU, we hope for the continuation of  ACICIS and UNPAR collaboration, giving new scope of knowledge and cultural values not only for Australian students, but also for UNPAR students.
