Thursday (11/7/2019), Department of Architecture Parahyangan Catholic University (Unpar) in collaboration with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) held a welcoming ceremony of Architecture Summer Course Workshop 2019 at Unpar Guest House.
This is the second Student Mobility Program run by both parties with the theme of “Multisensory-Based Design Process: Exploration of Transformable Bamboo Structure for Supporting Multisensory Educational Approach”.
The year of 2019 remarks one of International Office (IO) policies to strengthen international activities through providing international grants that support the implementation of Architecture Student Mobility Program 2019.
The welcoming ceremony was attended by the Dean of Engineering Faculty Dr. Yohanes Basuki Dwisusanto, Ir.,M.Sc, Head of Department of Undergraduate Architecture Program Dr. Bachtiar Fauzy, representatives of International Office, lectures of UTHM: Prof. Madya Dr. Zainal Abidin Akashah; Dr. Izudinshah Bin Abd Wahab; administration staff of UTHM Madam Siti Hasnah Binti Hud, lecturers of Unpar, student delegates, as well as the committees. This event is also supported by Arunika Waldorf Elementary School, Bandung, West Java.
There are 25 students of Unpar, 23 students of UTHM, 5 students of Universitas Bandar Lampung (UBL), and 3 students of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Malang that are joining the program. This year, the workshop will be held from July 11th and ended on July 21st, 2019.
