The Ambassador of Canada to Indonesia and Timor Leste, H.E Ambassador Peter MacArthur visits Unpar on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. This event begins with courtesy call on Dr. Mangadar Situmorang as the rector of Parahyangan Catholic University. The other agenda of the Canadian embassy visit to Unpar was a public lecture from Peter MacArthur and informal meeting with students and faculties representative.
The public lecture topic was about “Diversity, Inclusion, and Democracy”. This lecture was held at Audio Visual Room of Faculty of Social and Political Science and attended by students, staff, and some faculties member of Unpar. The event was then continued by informal meeting at large meeting room at the Rectorat Building. In this informal session, students who received SEED scholarship shared their experience in studying in Canada. This session was also attended by dean from faculties at Unpar.
