From February 13 to 16, 2018, UNPAR welcomed two staff from Malmo University for a Staff Shadowing Program to the Bureau of Human Capital Development (BPMI) UNPAR. The staff visit was a result from increasing cooperation between the two universities and it was a part of INU program to improve the organisational effectiveness of UNPAR. This visit demonstrates the length of cooperation between UNPAR and Malmo in which now it does not only encompass student exchange cooperation but also include staff exchange between the two universities.
