The Internship Opportunity with Humanitarian Affairs Asia for year 2013.

Programme beginning on January 6th to August 7th, 2013. (7-months internship).

  • Ideal candidates should not be intimidated by the prospect of communicating with senior executives in the civil society and the Universities.
  • Interns should expect to devote 8 hours each day to their work, with the likelihood that the commitment will increase around deadlines.
  • Interns will be working closely with the top Universities in each countries and international global institutions.
  • Interns should expect to work on the recruitment of the delegates for the University Scholars Leadership Symposium.
Selected interns will manage the organisation of the 4thUniversity Scholars Leadership Symposium 2013 in the Philippines and liaising with Universities across the Globe; develop real marketing plans and learn effective communications that will contribute to the success of the event.
Intern will enjoy free accommodation in a condominium with other international interns and will be given a monthly allowances of THB 2,000 to cover meal expenses.
Upon successful completion of the internship program, each intern will be presented with a Certificate of Achievement issued by Humanitarian Affairs Asia.
The Outstanding Intern of the Year will be publicly recognised at the Closing Ceremony of the Symposium.

College students who have demonstrated a strong interest in global affairs and have a commitment to be the voice of the disadvantage in this world are welcome to apply.
